The rooftop deck looked promising, although the sun wasn't out for us. Reymundo, the manager, really stood out with his warm welcome and professionalism. He helped carry my luggage and made me feel comfortable right away. However, I experienced some issues during my stay. The air conditioning didn't function properly, making the room a bit chilly at night. My room, which was supposed to be a superior king suite with a balcony and park view, instead faced trash cans and had a bathroom where the door barely opened. Hot water was inconsistent. it only worked well on the last day. The pool area needed some paint touch-ups, and although clean, it looked a bit run down overall. Breakfast was decent, but some minor improvements in room maintenance would really elevate the experience.

The homemade yogurt for breakfast was a delightful touch, complementing the otherwise hearty morning spread. The location is excellent, just a short walk from shopping and dining options, adding convenience. However, despite the charming atmosphere, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at night, and the pool area could use some maintenance. Additionally, while the staff were attentive, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected.

Had a lovely stay! The place is spotless and modern, with a sweet balcony view over the park. The rooftop terrace is a great chill spot, perfect for unwinding after all those beach days.
No fridge in the room? Guess I can't keep my champagne cool! And don't even get me started on the hot water situation, more like a warm sponge bath!

Couples seeking value
The staff was attentive especially Reymundo, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was like a gourmet feast every morning, my wife and I couldn't get enough of those homemade dishes they served.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still didn't break the bank.
